Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order and does not include transit time.

Orders are typically shipped via USPS from Sylva, NC. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Please note: Balsam Ridge Traditions is a small-batch, handmade shop. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. 

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, postal errors, or incorrect addresses.
